This policy explains how Kai Sabai Health Massage ("we") handles your personal data when you use this website, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Booking details you choose to send us: your name, phone number, treatment, date, time, number of guests and any note. The booking form does not store these on a server. It opens WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk or WeChat so you can send your booking to us yourself.
- Chat messages and calls: when you contact us on WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk or WeChat, or by phone, we receive your contact details and what you write. Each app's own privacy policy also applies.
- Website usage: we may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta) to understand visits and measure bookings. These can use cookies or similar technology, and may record the campaign or ad that brought you here.
- Your browser: the site remembers your language choice on your own device.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, to reply to your questions, and to improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Booking conversations are kept for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting requirements, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to its use. To do this, message us on WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk or WeChat, or call us.
